Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TradeXLM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Description of Service

TradeXLM provides a cloud-based trading journal application that helps traders track, analyze, and improve their trading performance across Forex, Stocks, and Cryptocurrency markets.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Subscription and Billing

Free Plan

Our Free plan provides limited access to basic features at no cost.

Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions (Pro and Pro AI) are billed monthly or annually as selected:

Charges occur at the start of each billing cycle
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
You may cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
Share your account credentials with others

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TradeXLM and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any trading data and content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content to provide the Service.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for backing up your own data. We provide data export features, but we are not responsible for any data loss.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADEXLM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradeXLM and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
